I just barely got it today, for $70+$14 for shipping. and realized 2 day after item had shipped that this model have tons of fake ! he shipped from Canada but his name is Chinese for sure, he also has 99.1 positive percent and 2 feedback said his bose MIE2i fake and he claim that "I called Bose after received earphone.Proved its authentic by giving eartip code"

It's not the authentic Bose headphone, though the seller agree to refund me. xxxxxxx ( 47

i also read from this post http://www.head-fi.org/t/534113/is-this-sennheiser-ie7-fake#post_8120927 and i figure out that on the top of headphone are not the same ! mine:the plastic are same high as the aluminum wax guard(i dont know what is that really call) which is different from the link that the plastic is higher than !!   I also found out that mine has a little green circuit board inside middle of "Y"( at IE7 sticker on wire) and in that topic don't have !!

I also found this website that show the fake one(can't confirm it's fake, it look fake) http://www.flickr.com/photos/35137411@N03/4379378113/in/set-72157623488562680/ it  the dynamic of this headphone, and the picture below is from http://headphonesfordummies.blogspot.com/2011/09/sennheiser-ie-7-review.html i think this is real one.
I really want to open the shell, but i don't think it can put it back

Ok, now i will tell you the sound quality. I would say... it pretty good sound stage is fine/good, bass is huge compare to klipsch x10 it's like strong lean muscle buff teenage(X10) with big strong fat guy(IE7), bass on IE7 some kinda dark and I can say it's (may be little bit) blur !

Build quality is good, but plastic the cover headphones seem some kinda weak (i don't know is it a design), on a wire- I fold the wire in "U" shape like I try to break a ruler and the wire leave little little bit of white sign that you can predict it have been tangle/fold in strong way.

Now I'm burning-in this headphone, and I might buy another pair from amazon about $150 with can return in 14days to compare.

Does anyone that has/have (a)pair(s) of Sennheiser IE7 help me confirm these infomation please, if you have any advise please share it ,if you need more information or picture tell me and I will upload it on.

Thanks a lot a lot for any help

yeah.. I doubt that it's real... when everyone is selling them at $200 new... $70 is very suspicious... if a deal is too good to be true... it is often not true.. only jump on these deals when you know for sure you can get full refund...

Ok, after i had burn-in 3-4 long. They are pretty, all of the dark bass was gone, powerful mids shown up and bass is pretty good! Clear bass and good bass impact. I compare unknown ie7 with turbine and its like turbine with clearer sound(singer sound-mids). I really wondered that should i just keep it or return it lol
