Since I'm willing to buy a tube amp, I'm searching the whole internet and I came across the ebay auction posted above. I find this auction quite strange, mainly because of the pics. In them, the amp seems to be like a cheaper version of the original.
 
Do you think that is a fake?

Just had a look at some pictures and the ebay amp you posted looks the same inside and out. Thing is it is very easy for them to show pictures of the genuine item but will they ship a fake or not.
From what I have seen it looks the same . I haven't looked at prices so how much cheaper is the Darkvoice in the ebay link compared to prices from Darkvoice.

In the auction is 30€ cheaper than in Audiophile china and about 50€ than the manufacturer.

Not a price difference that would make me worry if it was a fake, Over half price less then maybe.
Being cheaper than the manufacturer isn't unusual take Dell for example I can get a Dell monitor from a lot of online stores a fair bit cheaper than going directly to Dell. Strange I know.
