hi.. i have 2 iems, brainwavz m5 and the sony-mh1c.. i love both of them, and honestly though mh1c sounds better, but i wear the m5 more. maybe because of the comfort that the comply tips provide. anyway i wanted to step up and had decided to go for the re-400. i read reviews and got that they are really really awesome in the mids and highs but may sound lacking bass even if one isnt a basshead [according to some reviews]. now i would wanna ask how they would sound compared to m5 or mh1c especially in the 'lows' section
apart from that i would really appreciate other possibilities besides re-400. and my preferences would be in descending order of importance:
0. universal [i have an android and a windows operating system and no ios
1. sound [an upgrade to m5 and mh1c like sigs]
2. comfort which includes the tips as i told about the m5. mh1c are not comfortable- period
3. isolation: just the part that there's no sound leakage, otherwise i really dont mind hearing that bus horn on my way
4. build
5. microphonics
the price should strictly be within 100$. i have read the foll. thread:

and i would say no to etymotic hf5, shure se215, monster turbine etc. because they though they are listed at 100$, i am getting them at double their prices here in india.
P.S.: before i saw re-400, i was looking to buy vsonic vc02. would appreciate a hint at this too!
thanks a lot everyone. i am asking too many questions at a time- sry for that; but really thanks to
for putting a great thread
