Yep, they would be. Still fine by me, and you could always add a bigger battery. Make it similar to the Zune in form and it would probably retain the same battery life if all that extra space was taken up by a battery.

Cheaper, better build, better sound quality, a screen, better software support, better interface, looks nicer IMO, microSD slot for unlimited storage, rockbox for near-unlimited features and format support, longer battery life...
