Introducing the New Classic Universal Line from Noble

Very nice. The colour of the Savant is particularly appealing.

Does Noble have an official UK supplier? I know they sell to the UK direct from their website, but I don't personally like buying outside of the EU for warranty/customs/tax/shipping issues.

Yep:

Talk to Gisele, I hear she's very helpful.

Yep, some folks said the same about the k10 ua rose gold...... 100 sold with 24hrs.

Lol nice. Whenever something new comes out, there will always be the haters. Even with Lamborghinis...

So dulce means sweet in Spanish, and bass is bass....sweet bass....im thinking bass of the milk chocolate variety? Anyone got any clarification? Cause if Noble's got the booty shaking bass I'm in

Thanks! Do they sell universals though?

I'm pretty sure that universals are distributed locally so you would avoid tax and customs in the UK (or rather its included). Don't quote me on this. Get @bangkokkid for confirmation.

I think he means will the customs be in a similar enclosure to the universals ALA aluminium or the regular customs. In which I'll asnwer itll be the normal Silicone, Acrylic or the SLA when available.

Wow. Stunning new line up. I've never been a fan of Pokemon, but this line up truly makes me feel as if I've "gotta catch 'em all"!

I'm also intrigued by the Dulce Bass. I'm still in the process of figuring out what sound signature I like best. I do like bass, but now I'm a grown-up (in the audiophile world), I cannot bear bass that muddies the sound signature or bleeds into the mids. But then again, I had the Audeo Phonak (mid-range one) and the clarity and detail and mids were superb and I loved them, but I did miss having a stronger bass when listening to rock, RnB and hip hop (although it wasn't an issue when listening to acoustic, classical, blues, folk, jazz and most other genres).
So I'm not quite sure whether the Dulce Bass would be for me, but I suspect either those or the Savants.

Speaking of which, the website descriptions of the sound signatures of the Savant and the Django (with a silent 'D' lol) sound fairly similar. Both multi-genre and balanced?
Would you be able to describe in any further detail how they differ?

I can't wait for impressions of the Dulce Bass, I wonder if it is similar to the Noble 5 at all

The foundation is still the same 5 drivers = our bass heavy design, Hence the name "Dulce Bass"

There are some changes in the product line up, the most obvious in the shell housing.

The Savant is still the Savant

The Trident is still a V shaped 3 driver

the Savannah is a balanced, to flat, to reference, to clinical type sound (much like the N4)

The Dulce Bass = 5 driver bass focused type sound (much like the N5)

Django = 6 driver, good highs, strong bass (much like the N6)

As stated before the foundation/Building blocks are the same with some "tweaking."

The K10 has not been altered

As far as discussing the differences, in order to do that, I'd have to discuss the internal original design, then I'd have to discuss what was tweaked etc etc.    We don't disclose the specifics of our internal designs, and I don't know of any company that does so.

This is a not a 2nd order to a 4th order crossover design change.  These are slight to mild adjustments.   I don't want this growing into a TOTAL overhaul of the Noble Product line.   As it is not.  The shell housing, isn't even a total over haul.

We still rely on the 2 pin socket (as it has served us well).    We still use ABS plastic, although more aesthetically refined, we still use Knowles drivers/dampers etc etc.  The Face Plate/Cap is aluminum CNC and color coded to represent the model (rather than screws).  The canal portion of the ABS shell is a touch longer than the first generation ABS shell.

Basically this is Gen 2 of the standard product line up, with some internal adjustments made. These adjustments could be  wiring method, changed dampers, to damperless design, or driver replacement (although the drivers will still remain with in the same family class).

@bangkokkid

Can you confirm if you have an official UK seller for your universal models? I've never been able to find one in the past.

It's not about avoiding tax and customs - the prices are usually identical if you do the maths. It's to do with the hassle (long shipping, things get held back by customs, long wait again etc) and warranty issues (I want to have a UK/EU business I can send these back to if something goes wrong - don't want to send overseas and go through the whole scenario all over again).

Hi Eddie. I believe Brannan is at CanJam currently, may be too busy to answer. I think it would be quicker for you if you just called aid2hearing and asked Giselle what she has in stock.
Welcome to the Noble family
