We are proud to announce our new flagship electrostatic headphone, CORINA!

CORINA makes numerous advances in both sound and ergonomics.

First and most importantly it incorporates our Acoustic Metamaterial Tuning System, for buttery smooth mids and highs that are loaded with detail yet free of the sharp peaks and troughs typical to many headphones. In addition, CORINA has been voiced to deliver a gorgeous midrange with a rich and powerful bottom end, making it a wonderful headphone for anything from electronica to Mozart, and everything in between...

Not only does CORINA sound great, it's also supremely comfortable. Utilizing the acclaimed self-tensioning headband from our STEALTH and EXPANSE headphones, CORINA is as luxuries to wear as it is easy to fit. And our new suede-topped ear pads prevent heat and moisture buildup, for comfortable extended listening sessions.

CORINA is available now for $4,499.99. Shipments begin in March 2023. For more information click here.

I'm very excited to hear this at CanJam. I love the Stealth. It is far and away the best closed-back headphone, IMO. I'm surprised to see the Corina because I thought you told me at NYC CanJam last year that AMTS would not work well with electrostatic headphones for technical reasons. Either I misunderstood or you found a solution. Either way, I'm really looking forward to hearing how it came out.

I am not sure I would have said that, but it was complex for sure. The nature of the stat driver does behave a bit differently with the AMTS. Hope you enjoy it!

No, but the way we designed it makes the stator invisible, which we thought looked pretty cool.

Interesting. By invisible, I assume you mean acoustically? Or am I misunderstanding entirely

@jude (and the others) excellent job on the video
Will we receive a full video on the Corina like we die with Expanse and Stealth, including measurements?
No... Product is fairly limited volume for doing a video.

Physically invisible. They're there, but you don't really see them, the stator is there but you don't see it under the screen and dust shielding, instead it has that uniform look...

What amps does it pair best with? I have Ray's A-10 Thunderbolt II which has 650 volts on each side of the stator on each earpiece.
We’ve enjoyed Corina on the BHSE but we’ll also have something new alongside it at CanJam this weekend, can’t wait to read thru impressions from the show!

Any comparisons with the Audeze CRBN?
I would make a review :relaxed: Have the CRBN and a few amps here to test against 007, 009, a few Lambdas, the CRBN and my Orpheus clone from @chinsettawong :)
@mrspeakers Send me a PM when you are interested in sending a sample to germany.
Very interesting in hearing the AMTS in an electrostatic headphone.
