Introducing Lotoo PAW Gold

Nighthawk is a grear pair with LPG. The smooth tonality of it pairs well with LPG. If I ever get back in headphone it will be the first thing I buy again.

I briefly tried The Nighthawks on the QP1R, and I promptly turned it off and went back to Diana. Usually the QP1R is very close in sound quality with most of my cans.

QP1R pairs well with orthos and high impedance dynamic drivers. Current amplifications dont pair too well with BA and warmer sounding items.

I'm listening to the 650 (6XX) + LPG combo as I write this post. After a long time, a headphone that doesn't need EQ with the LPG to sound tolerable. As much as I love my LPG, I have always been critical of its bright and glarey sound. And so I am forced to EQ with most HPs to compensate for the brightness. The 650 almost completely neutralizes this brightness with its laid back treble, making the combo not just tolerable but immensely enjoyable.

Do you like the combination better than Nighthawk?

I am sorry, I haven't tried the Nighthawk. There is a bestbuy in town that has a Nighthawk on demo. I could try and let you know sometime this week. Based on what I've read about the nighthawk, it seems to have a warm and smooth sound, similar to the 650. So I can imagine when you say that it pairs wonderfully with the LPG.

I was getting a file error on 192 kHz/24-bit recording. I turned the unit off and restarted it and still got the error in the same place. Then, I popped out the SD card after turning the unit off and reinserted it. Now the error is gone. Sometimes retransfering the album works too.

Can somebody post a USA link for an extra charger for Lotoo Paw Gold Diana? I would like to get the same exact one. Does anyone have a Lotoo email?

I've owned the Lotoo Paw Gold Diana for about a year now, and it is such a good dap - thoroughly enjoy listening to all different genres of music. Regardless of what I throw at it, it excells, and Joe is very responsive to any stupid questions I may have!

Thanks.

Joe from TEOS sent me links to the original. It was a bit more, and I ordered two. TEOS is no longer carrying Lotoo. I couldn't match the specs exactly, so I was really wanting the actual Paw Gold chargers. I would hate to damage my precious.

Nice Lord of the Rings reference there!
