What I enjoy about Lotoo is how well it is able to capture and display all the micro-details in live recording. It is so pleasing when I do hear those thing and ofcourse when I listen to the same track on my other daps their lack of those details takes away from the joy. 

Once you get acustom to a detailed sound simply not having it can be really bothersome. 


It is an addiction! 

I agree,whilst not as a pleasingly analogue as Tera it does better 3d imaging especially in live recordings

512Gb Card, 477Gb useable after formating on PG.
 
135 minutes to load 473Gb of music with Jriver Media Center, USB 3 direct to card in device. Only got 60Mb/sec avg.
 
473Gb = 289 Artists \ 358 Albums \ 4292 Songs and 358 cover art 500x500 Jpegs
 
From tim USB is unplugged to finish scan and ready to play 140 seconds
 
Normal start up time = 10 seconds.

it took more than 5 minutes to scan 100GB of music with DX90.

Hi guys, just got my PG in. I've been trying to get onto Lotoo's website to download latest FW but the page isn't coming up. I currently have 5.0.1.5, is it worth trying to download the latest software? Must say, I'm very impressed with what I've heard so far, javing gone from a Cayin N6.

Congrats! Now all you need is the leather cover from Dignis, Korea. You can get it from Amazon.
 
I thought 5.0.1.5 is the latest firmware. Didn't know there is a newer fimrware.

My PP has just entered into 'Fatal Error' mode.
Can't switch it off or reset it.
I am a little concerned as the unit is getting warmer by the hour.
