I covered pair up with Campfire Solaris '20 in my P6 review, and found zero hissing, perfectly black background. The same while testing CFA Solaris '20 and VE Erl LBE with P6, P6 Pro, and LP6 Gold - pitch black background, even blacker with Pro and LP6. BUT, I personally wouldn't recommend Erl with LP6 due to way tooooo much power even in low gain where this sensitive IEM already maxing out in volume at 1-2.

Btw, P6 Pro comes with a green case, but this is a test demo of P6 Pro which uses original yellow leather case.

ppl trying to use ext amp with rca input..i suggest u use a 4.4 to rca cable...simple n easy, as the 4.4 in p6/p6pro/lp6 can be used as a LO..

I just realized something after seeing that P6 is now $2.5k on Musicteck. Though I have no idea how many units they have left, the upgrade from P6 to Pro is still $589 which means you can get P6 Pro for $3,089 if you buy P6 and upgrade it

In Hong Kong the upgrade arrangement is only available for buyers who bought the P6 before the announcement of the program. Not sure on Musicteck but worth checking.

Meanwhile I am enjoying my 3 golden wheels.

P6 Pro is the best sounding DAP I have ever heard. Tonality it is similar to 1Z but going further in nearly every aspects. It has an absolute dark background so that every note is presented very clearly with amazing layering, but at the same time with a powerful output and very good dynamic and energy. Resolution and soundstage are amazingly realistic while the presentation is neutral and uncoloured. What making it a special DAP is the natural, smooth and analogue sound. You may read the P6 review of @twister6 for the comparison with 1Z.

I have recently disposed my long loved 1Z but still keeping the Romi BG modded 1A.

For LPGT Ti, the sound is very exciting with sparkles at both low and high. Resolution is amazing with every notes outlined clearly but not fatiquing. In geveral I listen Ti for Jazz / pop while P6 Pro for classical and vocal. Strangely that I tend to listen to Ti in daytime and P6 Pro at night. For the New R6, it is perfect for me as a player on the go and for streaming online / from my music server. The UI is fast and responsive with astonished sound, simply a bang for buck.

alex, the amp is airbow 253 for stax...headphones now using is 404 limited...a vy competent stax..
