I am surprised that you have issues with the USB connection via iPhone. Cos it seem correct. I have no issues using my old iPhone as source for the P6Pro. BT via iphone will be AAC low res. To get 24/96, you’d have to use an android device Or phone .Surprisingly, this is the first time I’ve encountered this, I’m used to the fact that a wired connection, even a USB one, always sounded better. I connected my iPhone via BT and the sound was mediocre, but when connected to a MacBook, the sound quality was much better, almost excellent

Perhaps the point is precisely that I have a P6, and all the successful experiences of connecting to an iPhone that I read about in this thread concerned the P6 pro, perhaps it has something to do with the firmware, does anyone know what the latest or best firmware for the P6 ?
There are only iPhones in the family ( I prefer streaming audio and for this I have to connect to a MacBook, but this is not a very mobile solution as you understand

I'll continue to baby my P6Pro and hope it lasts a very long time.Perhaps. But for the specialised chips they need, it is different. In any event, whatever be the case, SQ is the North Star for the LP team. It end up meaning that it is not for everyone. But it is what it is.![]()

1. Use a otg support cable
2. Set p6p to using it own battery
3. Unlock iPhone before plug them together
4. Set iPhone volume to at least lv1
5. Turn on usb audio mode
Enjoy your streaming app

Honestly I just wish that there was a way to stream directly on the L&P. Regardless I’m looking forward to listening to the newer L&P products…whenever they come out. I’ll keep myself entertained with the W4 in the meantime.
unfortunately, there will never be a LP DAP that streams natively because Wan takes the view that being on Android deprecates the sound quality. But their BT connectivity is constantly being improved for SQ. So that will continue. I understand that even LP7 will have that.Honestly I just wish that there was a way to stream directly on the L&P. I've tried using Holo red feeding my LP6 using coaxial input. LP6 feed via coaxial input sounds remarkably good.
It is great. I know @bluestorm1992 does something similar. I use my IBasso DX300 and DX320X.I've tried using Holo red feeding my LP6 using coaxial input. LP6 feed via coaxial input sounds remarkably good.
I also ask you to tell me about the P6 firmware. On the well-known disk https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B3-oyi4PNu3pdElHQlcyNXpmdjQ?resourcekey=0-eN-8MYKa12qTZ2oLzmUvdA in the P6 folder there are several firmware options, but on the Musicteck website there is one 1.0.0.9, but this is exactly for the P6, I have one on my DAP. Do the firmwares from that disk have anything to do with P6, perhaps this is a typo and they are from another DAP and the latest firmware is exactly 1.0.0.9 ?

Does anyone here know the answer to the above question?Hello!
Question for Ti users:
What is the difference between using the DACs in Parallel or Time sharing mode, from a sound perspective (if any)?
If anyone sells P6 Pro or LP6 could you please write to me in pvt ? Thank you.
Of P6 Pro......exist two versions ? black and obsidian ? I didn't quite understand ..... sorry for the question.
