Yeah, feedback is appruciated.

BTW - crappy GC didn't call me when those cards got in. I called them today, and they said "oh yeah, we've got 9 in stock right now".....psh. So I went down to get them, but didn't get back before the post office closed. If you're waiting on a card, it should ship tomarrow, unless you paid very recently, in wich case I'm waiting for the paypal $$ to be dropped into my bank account so I can spend it!

Just want to add my thanks to Zemo;

my 1212m is now hooked up to my Marantz 1030 with biwired Heybrook HB-100s via new headphile hybrid cable and it sounds just beautiful! Looking forward to hearing it develop over burn in.

Again, cheers for going out of your way to secure a good deal for fellow sound afficionados.

lol zemo is just cleaning these off the shelf, with these kind of numbers y not try to get a wholesale buy? like collect cash, call emu and tell them to send over 20/30 etc or the local distro

Haha! Well, I havn't thoght of that, nor did I think this would generate this much interest! I do, however, know that the E-mu card costs the dealer $147.60 after freight charges....If people want to, I can try to just collect cash and try to get cards for that price....but we would need to have a large number of people willing to wait for enough interest to be generated to wholesale order these...

Let me know what you all think!

I'd definitely be in for $147+shipping.

Considering the amount of demand for this card atm, I don't think you can go wrong with making the order asap; it's not like they aren't going to sell for that price. Of course, if you lack funding to make such an immediate purchase, that's a problem. Let us know how many you would have to buy to get this price.

Yeah, I'll get in contact with an E-mu rep. I have a feeling it'd be no less than 20 cards....at $150 each, that's $3000....I don't exactly have that kind of money just laying around!

Got my 1212m yesterday. (Thanks, Zemo) Installed it in a system with an Audigy 2 with no problem.
This thing sounds great. For all those who are debating about upgrading your Audigy 2, DO IT!
So, Zemo, looks like you're going to be the Emu dealer. Good luck.

Thanks zemo, card arrived perfectly and works like a charm!

Sound quality? I had doubts about quality PC audio before, but after the 1212m, I'm convinced. No new standalones for me.
