Good day,

I'm in the search for a dac or a mini stereo which accepts usb, but also having outputs for driving bookshelf speakers, a sub out for also a bookshelf woofer. There are many but not many specify that they use a class AB amplifier (most are D)

The only ones that I came to find was both the cambridge minx and cambridge one (but the latter has only 220v input and I require 120v and I would not prefer to use a transformer)

So your looking for a stereo speaker amplifier, that comes with a sub-woofer output.
That also has a built in DAC function, using a USB input.
Something like a Receiver?
Check out Parts-Express.
Might also try asking these type of questions at the websites AVSforum and AVforum.
Might also find something used, thru your local Craigslist.

At the end went up chosing a Denon x1400h receiver, it is at 299 right now in amazon and has ab amplifier plus lots of other features.
