Im frm Malaysia and the Malay language is the national language,  and  I speak English, Malay and Chinese at home..in that order of fluency,  Id like to think that my command of the Malay language is excellent or the very least above average but just realised I have no idea what Headphone, In Ear, Earbuds or Headphone Amp is in Malay or Chinese...LOL

the closest word to "in ears" is "fone intra-aural"
don't remember any specific word to "earbuds" ...guess we use the same as headphone
