First off, hi I'm new! lol
 
I really need a pair of in ear buds that fits/stays in my ear haha
I have a pretty small ear canal and I've held back purchasing recommendations from friends
because I have a feeling they won't fit/stay in my ear...
I'm so tired of always pushing the ear bud back in my ear every few minutes or
having it just fall off completely.
 
I play music with my Cowon J3 PMP
I listen to all genres of music depending on my mood - RnB, rap, trance, classical, pop, accoustic, rock, electro, jazz, blues, trip hop, etc.
(so that might not help) but I do want something where I can "feel" the bass as oppose to hearing it
and I would love if it had noise isolation and cancelling abilities
 
I have never had a pair of audiophilic headphones but
I do tend to aim for 320kbs+ for all my media files because I do find that there is a huge difference in quality
I don't have a budget, because I don't mind paying quite a bit for something that would last me a long time

If standard-sized earplugs keep falling out, wouldn't that mean your ear canals are larger than average, not smaller?

Depending on your definition of 'quite a bit' the best headphones for such a problem would be Customs In Ear Monitors. Have you thought about going that route? But by quite a bit, for customs we are talking $139 for the Kozee Infinity X1 to upto $1800 Ultimate Ears U18 Pro's. But there are MANY inbetween.
