My work colleague has not yet heard back from IMR about trading in his NaLe for the Dawn. Let's see if there are still going to be problems with this one too....
I've read through a lot of the recent pages, sorry if I've missed this somewhere: is it accurate to say that despite the many other issues, there is no history of problems when people buy "used" older models made available through the imr ebay shop?

All my refunds showed up today, so I'll credit Bob with timely actions on refunds and I'm not going to slag him over that. But I'm off the hype train now. I didn't really need the Na-Le, but I was very interested to hear EH. But enough was enough for me.

Regarding Na-Le, Bob answered me today. He suggested sending Dawn instead or "producing a new copy" of Na-Le, which royalmail had "lost." I did not ask for a refund and reminded him that I was not interested. I tend to go crazy and wait for Na-Le. It’s no longer a matter of trust in imr and plans for the future, I’m just interested in how it will end.
