Semper's size bigger than opus mia?

Instead, it looks like length of the nozzle has been shortened. Is it correct?

I don't have the Opus Mia any more to compare directly, i just know they are fatter but they should still fit you the same as Opus Mia

The Opus Mia are on the warmer side compared to all my other IEMs currently (Jomo Trinity Brass, Jomo Samba custom, Itsfit fusion custom, Anole VX and Dream XLS). It's more similar to the trinity brass than the others, with the brass having better low end rumble and treble details. But then the Opus Mia have a better tone to my ears when I want a slightly warmer tone for jazz and female vocals. Overall, the Opus Mia are very musical and I wouldn't say any of my IEMs are better than the other. They're all different in their own ways. I think the Semper will be an improvement over the Opus Mia with better details.

I've considered selling my other IEMs to keep the Opus Mia.

Which tuning setting you were usong? Nozzle and damper?

I wonder what has prompted the extended length of burn in time recommendation, whilst i do agree all models require more than the initially stated 100 hours.

Wouldn't it be amazing if recommended burn in could be done in the manufacturing / assembly process so they arrive ready to go

And all I had to pay was 200 USD extra from R1 to OM. Truly impressive how far Bob went with his IEMs. Would be very surprised if any other IEM beats the OM for the $450 price range

But isn't the OM like 700 USD?

I say this absolutely tongue in cheek, i paid on July 27th, mine should have a couple thousand hours on them by now, they have had them long enough lol.

One of the reasons, why I'm hanging out @ this thread today - that OM is in my cart with code entered, waiting to pull the trigger. I just wanted to learn more and perhaps confirm my bias. Thanks for helping with that.

It'll probably take 2 weeks to get here, similar to the Opus Mia.
