I had paid for one through some website, but they took FOREVER to ship it (it was when Fiio changed the design), two months later I canceled the order, and two weeks later they had still not refunded my money, so I had paypal take it. I bought a pa2v2 instead. I would like to try the E7 again, but I would like to buy from a US seller with excellent warranty support, any suggestions?

I can only think of two places that sell it and ship from the US. One is head direct and the other is micca. I've bought from head direct and they usually ship pretty fast. Email communication can be spotty at times esp during meets. I've never had a problem with them the times I've bought from them.

just buy it on amazon from Micca
Micca got great service, and amazon gives the 2 day prime shipping. You can't go wrong with that
