I ordered it from dealextreme, and it's been TWO MONTHS, I'm not too hot on waiting another two weeks, that's IF they get around to shipping it sometime this week (they said they are preparing to ship it), I have to pay off MarkL for the HD800 cables so they can be made. I have a Lisa III and a Pa2v2, should I cancel it and get the cables? or keep it, and take the HD650's along? otherwise I'll have to wait two months to receive the cables, and I plan on going on a car trip from California to Oklahoma, a car trip that could help break in the HD800's. But I would like something that would run the HD650's I have nicely (while on the go) and I've heard the E7 does that. What do you think?

Just pick one up locally when it's more convenient. For the record, I'm using the E7 with an HD650 right now and they sound wonderful.

I use the E7 with a set of HD650's as well. One of the key things I am looking forward to, is the upcoming E9 desktop amp, which is going to deliver a real kick in the pants to high impedance headphones. The E7 would add DAC capabilities when combined with the E9.

I don't think there are any physical stores that carry it. It's pretty much only avaialble online.

I ordered the Walkman LOD from ebay, 10$ more but it is twice the LOD, and they'll make it custom length, fee may apply for longer lengths.
