Get a Tripowin C8 as cable, more than enough IMO and reasonable priced. The stock silicone tips for me are the best option but Spinfit Cp145 work as well.

Just curious about how big these are relative to say the standard campfire audio shell I’m worried about them being too big for my ears also I would really appreciate a comparison to the form 1.4 thanx!!
They are big but fit well in my ears, I have big ears.

I've got two, they're ok but they tangle very easy. Tripowin is 8 core and a bit more rigid.

same part number on fiio fh1s for the BA. any comparisons? larger DD on the fiio unit fwiw. hmmmm... anybody?
I don't feel like oh10 is very cable sensitive either. I'd recommend you to get something based on ergonomics aesthetic and durability for this IEM.

I like how Ikko OH-10 match with Shanling M6pro and iBasso DX220 Max, but I’d upgrade it.

You mean with similar tuning but more refined overall? I'd personally suggest moondrop S8 even though its not as fun, its perhaps the best Harman-ish iem available at the moment.
