Does anybody know how good it goes customer support is and if they are reliable? I have had my OH10 for about 4 days and I'm having problem with the left earbud the sound completely sucked out and then popped a little bit and then the sound came back but then the driver is rumbling. I really would like to keep them but I'm a little worried now, I am getting replacement through Amazon

Try to hit them, i never experience myself with their CS, but from what I've read, they are a very good and big heart company. But be petience, this is a chinese new year week and they are having long holiday. If you arent getting any reply until 2 next weeks, its normal. Just a bad time friend.

Decided to try them while my U12t were repaired and after 3 days of burn in and experimenting with tips and cables I’m absolutely shocked how good OH10 are. Unbelievable

I'm done with the OH10, when the coating started to come out after 3 months of use I came to the conclusion that the manufacturer does not pay attention to the quality of the product at all.

Its a shame because it was my favorite in terms of audio quality.

Did you contact IKKO about it?
Its always a gamble with chi-fi. At least the earphones themselves still works.

No, and I don't intent to use the warranty because everything else is working. I'm afraid this thing with coating will probably occur on any new OH10 I get, because all of them have coating, and I using mine daily.

I am considering an upgrade and these or on my list of considerations. Just had few questions if anyone kind enough cares to answer:
- How is the isolation? I am not after total isolation, just enough to block out some of the commute noise (so that it does not distract me from enjoying the music).
- Can they easily be driven? I will be using them with Lg-v30 and Nw-a45. Would prefer not to use additional amp/dac.

They isolate well because they are not plastic, the sound is very consistent, they will not sound different because they fit well all the time. I think they sound best straight out of the phone, no need for an amp.

Anyone listened to the OH10 and higher-end iems like the SE846 and IE800 to tell me if they are an upgrade?
I don't have SE846 or IE800, but I have CA Andromeda V3, Solaris, and Voyager 14.
They are not an upgrade for those, but then again, they are 5x+ price of OH10's.
OH10 is an amazing and exciting hybrid IEM, with deep rumbling lows, and sparkly highs.
