It does, I am testing that version. I wasn't aware of the DSD though. I rarely use that so no surprise I didn't.
I thought the beta updates were password protected, but they obviously aren't now, iFi had placed them behind a wall, but I guess that was temporary, lol
I am prevented from saying this because we don't recommend anyone use beta firmware anymore just in case it causes a failure in the unit.
However, I cannot prevent anyone else from saying how, just know that sometimes these beta's appear to hang for a time, but they will finish! Once started do not unplug or cancel for any reason it will go through.
I got the firmware to test my problem with DSD. It is exactly what it is beta firmware for test purposes, so not for general use, including the risks associated. The official release is the one for general use.

Generally it is working fine. In my use case (streaming from my Mac to the T+A dac200 in dsd512) the Neo Stream sometimes (happened twice in 4 days) unexpectedly quits while playing music. Only a restart (power off) of the Neo Stream helps. I already notified Ifi customer service.
I am content with the sound quality though
I’ve just updated the Neo Stream to the newest firmware and it bricked my device—this is the SECOND one of these that has crashed when attempting to update to a STABLE firmware release.
The latest firmware is allegedly supposed to add the latest Tidal Tier. Errors occurred during the update but it seemed to be working…at first. But then I discovered that the buttons were frozen, so I restarted it. It booted fine and seemed ok, but then I discovered that it was no longer showing up in Roon, except as an AirPlay endpoint.
So I did a factory reset—big mistake. Now when it turns on the iFi logo stays on the screen forever and never completes the boot process. This EXACT SAME THING happened to me last year with another unit that was fortunately within the return window. This one is NOT.
The entire firmware update process on this unit and the Zen Stream is absolute crap. I now suppose you’re going to suggest I send it in to you and wait eons to get it back—although there are myriad others who have reported similar attempts only to discover that you couldn’t fix it.
Why do you release firmware updates that aren’t sufficiently tested? Why can’t you move to a downloadable firmware upgrade option that doesn’t depend on your flaky server? What’s the point of the USB C “firmware upgrade” port on the back if it doesn’t do anything? What do you suggest I do with this unit now?
Needless to say I’m fed up. You do realize that there have been multiple dedicated threads set up on here, the Roon forums and elsewhere solely for the purposes of helping scores of buyers figure out how to set up and cope with all the inscrutable algorithms required to just get these devices functioning? I’m sorry, I’ve been a long time champion of your gear and have spent at least $15,000 on it over the years, but I think I’ve hit my limit.
