They have reply to me. I have to send the unit to UK and then back to Greece pay the battery pay the shipments and wait long time.
So it doesnt worth fixing it . I will buy the zen for now.

That's not possible I'm affraid. The product was designed with battery constantly engaged.

Your tech support perspective differs, i took out the battery out of the nano idsd black and it works perfectly, i am also very impressed by the speed and knowledge of your support services.

I'm positive that our latest products can't work without batteris so I thought that nano wouldn't as well, but here we are

Thanks for telling me that. .. I was lucky and have 2 years warranty Europe so i didnt open it they just called me and tell me that was a battery problem and also from day one my unit had problem with the direct 3.5 port time it worked some others doesn't. Luckily they see that and fix that to .
But anyways zen had arrived it looks beautiful and has 4.4 balanced for my Sennheisers. I wish it was black colour like nano micro and fiio k5 pro that i use.

I totally get the "everything has to come in black" argument too!

Maybe ifi makes a special edition Zen with black colour and zen can power capabilities.
If there was something that powerful with dac amp combo on this shape and form at 250-300 euros then it would be perfection for me and many others i guess.

Although we never say never, we already have standard ZENs and their Signature versions, so anything above these two tiers would be too much

Does it play Youtube when using headphone output? The sound goes through my laptop speakers when playing Youtube videos. Audirvana works fine.
