First of all, no, I don't think that would increase the price. As I understand from this post here, Go Pod already can store multiple connection profiles. If one doesn't work, it tries the next one. So, it doesn't need to connect to all devices at the same time but just try connecting to them when it is requested.I don’t think iFi can implement these changes without increasing the price of the Go Pod by a large amount. For a Go Pod user like me all I want is for the Go Pod to have great sound quality and simple functions.
The only device I will ever use the Go Pod with is my DAP. I don’t care for multi-point connection and I have no intention to use the Go Pod for calls. If iFi implements these changes and raise the price they would lose a customer like me who is not going to pay for something where half of the functions are not useful for me.
Before going that hyper sensitive about what another user might ask from a company, maybe it is better to cool down first and understand where it is going, and if it is at all feasible and if it has any negative effects like the price.
You may not any of these features but I do, and there are others I know that would find it useful.
