The Turbine, Sony XB90EX, JVC FX3X and FXD80 are great for genres music and portable headphones like Sony XB800 and Skullcandy Aviator are also good buy.

I loved my Monster Turbines.  You can get them under $100 now:

These were really excellent IEMs...I regret losing them.

Another pair I really liked was the Shure 215s that you mentioned.  I did have some issues with the connections on them but they've been out long enough now that that should all be resolved.

Yeah the 215SE is a little better but I liked my 215s quite a bit.  Since you can get the Turbines for $20 less, I'd go with the turbines, personally.

personally, not just build quality issue, i don't like the sound either. All my friends pick SE215 over turbine any day.
compare to SE215 and XB90EX, these are much better options.

Heh, well, I have A-B'ed both the Turbines and 215s to each other and they sound very similar to each other.  I doubt I could tell them apart.  As for build quality...my turbines lasted me 1 1/2 years before I lost them.  In about the same amount of time I had 2 pairs of 215s die on me.

This doesn't include the 215 limited edition that recently came out but its $130 vs $100 for the standard and $80 for the turbines.  All three options are good...if its between the standard 215s and the Turbines they're essentially the same. If you look at the LTD edition then you'll spend a bit more but I've heard good things about them.
