Hi,

After lots of consideration, I chose a couple of finalists for my next headphones:

  1. BrainWavz M1                      (45$)
  2. BrainWavz M2                      (60$)
  3. Sennheiser HD 202 II            (46$)
  4. Sennheiser HD 205 II            (60$)

Now I can't decide whether I should get one of the HDs or one of the Ms...

I use my headphones only on-the-go, connected to my iPhone, so portability and sound isolation are very important.
Because I use them a lot, durability is important too.

I have never before used over-the-ear full headphones, so I am completely at loss about sound and bass response.
Bass is important too, because I am used to bass-heavier IEMs.

What's your educated opinion? What should I get for the best experience?

Thanks ahead!
Yuval.

PS: Because of shipment issues (not living in the states...), I can't get all of the models you may suggest, and absolutely not for the same price, so alternatives are good, but might not be available.

How about On-Ear headphones?

I've used the Sennheiser PX200 and enjoyed them. They are very portable (fold up small and fit into a nice sturdy plastic case).

I saw these listed on Amazon for $49.99 a few weeks back. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the reply, but when I tried using the Porta Pros once I could here everything around me. The isolation level is non-existent...

Well, Now I have a different debate, as I read some more reviews (and I hope this would be the last one):

  1. Vsonic GR-02 Bass edition
  2. Hisoundaudio POPO
  3. Audio-Technica ATH-M35

Any thoughts?

Thanks ahead!
Yuval.
