I'm currently available either of these weekends as well, though the weekend of 11/3-11/4 is better for me.

I checked out the room. It's quite lovely, and very suitable.

The sooner we settle on a date the better, as it's actually filling up rapidly due to annual and school-related meetings.

October 20 and 27 are available. October 6 may also be available, though that seems a little soon for me.

November 3 is not available. In fact, most dates in November are not good at all. November 10 is sort of free but inconvenient for my step mother, so she prefers another date. She also has one more meeting to book... I should be finding out later today.

So... let me know if the 20th is good for you (if you haven't already). If I don't hear from people soon I'll start sending out PMs. I would like to lock in the room tonight if possible.

Thanks for looking out for me. You guys are the BEST!! I work every other weekend so Oct. 20 would be fine as well as any alternating weekend.
