I'd suggest you to re-encode it into flac, even if it is already in flac. There are forks of the generic flac encoder that are not 100% backward compatible.

I saw your post in the bugs thread last night about an HDTracks album that was encoded with LAV instead of the standard FLAC encoder. Re-encoding in Foobar did the trick. :beerchug:

Odd that HDTracks uses LAV instead of the official encoder - especially when you spend so much money.

And...I have another bug. I am having a seriously hard time with tags. I had to wipe a set of tags (properly identified on other devices) and re-enter all of the tags by hand because the iBasso insisted I hadn't changed them. Now I have a 37 track, 2 disc collection that it insists is a 47 track, 3 disc collection. When scrolling through the '3' different discs on the iBasso I can see there are several duplicates tracks. The tags are labeled in MP3Tag as shown below.

Well there's your problem
your track files names and taggs should read 01, 02 all the way through disc 2 & 3 until the last tracks is track no. 37
AND if you want you 'can' tagg the cd's as 1of3 2of 3 etc

dunno this should be posted on ibasso dx80 bug thread or here, anyway I found that with 'order' playing mode my dx80 while playing songs didn't go straight back onto previous song, but more randomly to some songs that left behind, with shuffle more worst

Hey guys! I have some issues with 96/24 bit WAV play. While tracks switches correct, time slider freezes at the end of first playing track. It caused with full legaly bought album (2.5 gb size for 1 hour album OMG). I am really enjoying the quality but this issue makes my annoying. I have tried add tags to files in kid3 (there have no any tags by default), but nothing changed.

You cannot tagg WAV files as they do not have any meta data within the codec itself. You can tagg apple's lossless codec AIFF
Not sure why you would have that issue with the slider. If you especially enjoy wav then by all means go for it.... but if you can enjoy Flac encoded files all your problems will dissapear! :)

Recently i thought so ..but it is possible with kid3 tag editor. I don't know exactly what i did (which type of tag edited). I tried a couple tabs in program with success. So now ibasso and PC shows titles, genre, album name, etc for wav(24/96) . :)

I had issue right from shop download. Don't think i did something wrong when extract files from archive :D

Hey guys, I just found my DX80 again and powered her up...she sounds GREAT. I'm a DX200 guy but this is going to be my transport player now! Ha! I've forgotten how good she sounded!

I use the DX200 in DAC mode. But I meant that I'm going to be using the DX80 for going back and forth to work...in the subways...etc.

I guess DX80 is more pocketable and also has two card slots.
What are your favourite headphone/IEM combos with it?
