I have an issue: I can't control the volume with the 4.4 balanced output anymore.
It's working well with the 3.5 unbalanced output.
Any thoughts out there?

Sorry to hear. Sounds like power issue.
As last suggestion, Did you try holding power for 17sec?

Hi, the only thought I could think of, is mistakingly plugging into line out jack, which is also a balanced 4.4 jack... Happened to me.

Are you plugging the plug into LO or PO 4.4?

Harry Styles - 'Adore You' - is absolutely awesome on the 3MAX. Listen to the Sub Bass!! As for the track 'She'.... the Bass is very controlled! I say this as I know this album is a nightmare on a majority of Hi-Fi systems and most DAP's.

IT07 and the Ti, an excellent pairing. It takes about 10 minutes for the tips to form to my ears and all the sound to open up and bass to settle in. But when it does, articulated bass that goes down super low. Also the separation like with headphones and imaging are excellent. Run on medium gain any where from 9 to 10 o'clock. The digital volume at 90. Balanced.

I don’t think you need to worry. So far, ibasso has been brilliant with my faulty unit. They replied within an hour or so when I email them, last reply at 3am China time! No questions asked, they will ship me a brand new replacement. As happy as I can be given the circumstance.
