That is true, the software of DX100 is a piece of s***, but iBasso is still releasing (or has released) some upgrade pack, do you remember? iBasso is not something like Sony, perhaps it is
not much bigger that a poor workshop in Southern China. However it still achieved its SQ goal, and until now I didn't find anything unbearable. So I will just keep and listen to it, 'cause I can't
and won't ask it for more.

(I'm sorry for my poor English, and i will really appreciate it if you finished reading:)

Your English is just fine...better by a longshot than my Cantonese or Mandarin...

There is no doubt that the DX100 sounds fantastic and has nearly met all of my hopes that such a device would someday be released.  After lugging around an H140 witth a D12, the DX100 seems downright lightweight and sounds better besides.  The main problem I have is that iBasso is soooo close....just some firmware improvements and they got it.  Its frustrating to see such a wonderful product be held back in this way.

Where can you buy a 128 gb micro sd card?

It is an SD 128 gb card used in an adapter to the micro sd slot via short flat cable that is normally used inside of a unit. Looks to have possibilities until a reasonably price 128gb micro card comes out. Here and on the first page there is a link.

I just got mine a few days ago and already love the sound. I just bought a Sandisk 32GB MicroSDHC card. Is the biggest one I can use. I was thinking of the 64GB.

See my post #8207 (http://www.head-fi.org/t/592076/ibasso-dx100-true-24-bit-for-bit-reviews-impressions-apps-imgs-video-pg-1-in-stock/8205#post_8765254).  It details how to do it and where I sourced the adapter and card.  I just read that Lexar just came out with a 256GB SDXC card (of course, it's $800, doh....)

Well Somanbulist I hope ibasso can get the remaining issues fixed. I'd love to keep my unit and not have to go through the trouble of selling it and then buying another unit. But if the Hifiman has none of the issues and sounds just as good then I'm gonna go for it. Plus it has tactile button which is very nice. The UI reminds me of a Sansa fuze so it's quite exciting as I loved my Sansa fuze just wished it had better sound quality.

ibasso will fix the remaining problems completely after you sell your dx100 and buy another

Audiophile DAP 2.0: Ibasso’s DX100

OCTOBER 15, 2012 |  BY MIKE  |  $500-$1000PORTABLE SOURCE  |  IBASSO

Disclaimer: The DX100 unit for this review was generously loaned by Indonesia's Ibasso importer, Don't Blame Your Ears.    The era of high end audiophile DAP's first introduced by Hifiman's HM-801 has been taken to the next step by the release of Ibasso's DX100. The huge touch screen interface to the Android-powered device is a huge selling point in a market where all...
