Hello, I bought Sennheiser IE6's yesterday from Amazon. I did a little more browsing and stumbled upon Panasonic RP-HJE900-K Hi End Zirconia Earbud Headphones on Amazon for 79.99. I read the huge thread on this forum that reviews that pair and I noticed that the reviewer doesn't even mention the ie6's but the much more expensive IE8s.

I was thinking about maybe ordering these and returning the ie6s when they get here. I am also worried about return policies, apparently amazons is pretty open, but J&R doesn't give refunds for in ear headphones according to their FAQ.

What do you guys think I should do? This is the first time I've bought decent headphones, I'm not really sure what to expect

One thing to keep in mind, I'll probably mostly use these to excersize with, I hear that can be a little problematic with the Panasonics.

I also mostly listen to alt/metal/hip hop/ pop if that matters. What I really enjoy is hearing little details in really well produced music.
