I'm happy for you that you got a great deal at Wal-Mart, and if it were me I would relish "getting over" on them, even though it's not going to make a crap of difference to them.
It was a year ago this month that US Immigration and Customs Enforcement raided more than 60 Wal-Marts in 21 states. They found illegal immigrants, mostly from Eastern Europe, who were sleeping in the store and working 56-hour weeks for less than $7/hour cash, no overtime.
Wal-Mart just popped up again in the Times, stressing over its image problems. I'm too lazy to find the news story link, but here's a summation of the sketchiness in a Times editorial:
