I got myself a bamboo slab 250mm X 340mm X 15mm . Cut down to 260mm and gorilla glued THREE 25mm oak cones to it. Im not going say about sonic improvements and stuff, but the TT2 looks a lot smarter sat on its own plinth and not just sat flat on the shelf. There was a guy on ebay knocking out oak cones on his lathe and flogging em to us (gullible) audiophiles. Dont pay top dollar (Russ Andrews prices)

Do you understand you owe us a photo? :o2smile:

Sorry, Ill get round to it over the weekend if the thread hasn't moved on.!. The slab in question is a bamboo chopping board from, I think Dunelm. Dont be put off by that though. Its only a chopping board when ya cut vegetables on it. For me its an attractive piece of wood thats looking good under my TT2.!

Finally modded the iFi Elite psu to 2.5mm DC connector. I know its too early to speak on the Elites behalf(only 1-3hours burnin), but the it does make a difference between the adapter vs DC mod(solder mundorf 10%).

The thing that happened is all the charm of the mid and low got more focused, which means it is now much better to EQ(boost, define subbass responds) vs before where the bass was floating too much.

Separation is for real with iFis products. I enjoy all the elite models: 5V/12V/15V

@yaps66 hello my friend, what is your favorite amp to pair with tt2 for susvara?
Hi Brian! Unfortunately I don't own the Susvara yet. However, my favourite amp with the Susvara is the MASS-kobo 465. This amp drives the Susvara so well and makes it sound so sweet! Not cheap though!
