Crazy prices

https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/111660184290

Just seems like a block of wood, am I missing something :) ?
These stands are similar design, but only cost £35 http://www.audioaffair.co.uk/hi-fi-racks-wood-headphones-stand

This stand looks better stylistically to me, but still only costs $29 http://www.feelgift.com/wooden-headphone-stand-fit-for-all-headphone-sizes

I use one of these, and still only €22 https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B01H6FC8KQ/ref=pe_3044141_189395771_TE_dp_1

After some hours of debate I think I am going to join the TT2 bandwagon. I purchased a Qutest which I absolutely love but my headphone amp needs an upgrade. Some of the units I have considered I can no longer justify the expense for what you get, WA33 in particular. Due to how I set up our wine/listening loft I need a remote anyway.

So once unit becomes available I'll have to audition vs. the Qutest I purchased pre-order. I guess its too early to know if I would be able to trade in the Qutest or have to sell it here. One issue I am facing is I can hear noise in my tube amp when HVAC kicks on. I have the PS Audio Dectect and when I called tech support they said it shouldn't be doing that. I still have to call them back after making the changes they suggested and the noise still persists. I haven't heard HVAC in any solid state equipment that I've used.

I'll be enjoying the Qutest until then...

2nd order analogue noise shaper and 98k taps are proof that TT2 is a big step up. And no i haven't rushed a preorder through. Cheers mk

Those stands look gorgeous mate, save me a fortune, I'll get Mrspeakers engraved in them with a pen knife after a few glasses of wine

Hi Rob Watts, any chance of a pic of the Chord hugo TT 2 of the inside, I've got one pic looking through the glass window and it looks rammed with components but would love to see the circuit board in full, not sure if that's protocol before its released

I use the best one........:L3000: Much heavier at 1.5kg than the rest and built like a tank.

+1 to this. I use the same one, the black one is specially nice.

Waiting for the Hugo TT 2 though, had asked my local audio store here if they're taking pre-orders for it but unfortunately they aren't nor do they have any news about when and how much it's going to be priced here. So the wait continues :triportsad:
