My M Scaler cannot handle 24bit 192kHz via optical input. It keeps dropping the signal and mostly no music comes out, sometimes it plays a second or two, pretty distorted. Tried both optical input ports, tried different cables. However, if I connect the very same optical cable to the TT2 it works perfectly as it should. (192kHz via USB to HMS works also perfectly.)
According to the Manual optical input should work up to 192kHz:

That's pretty disappointing. I don't have many 192kHz tracks (that's why I only found it out now) and I can probably still download my 192 purchases in lower quality too but this is not how it should work.
Can someone else here test whether it works for you? Do I need to send the M Scaler to the service again?
