Android is synonymous with SRC. I don't know how Apple is going to handle this but getting native sample rates on Android is a pita. Maybe UAPP will add Apple in the next update.

This is actually a clean and simple setup. Does the external DAC has an internal battery. I used Dragonfly cobalt which doesn't have a battery, and relies on the power supply from iPhone. It sounded much worse than directly connecting the dragonfly to Mac. The limited current supply from lightening degraded the external DAC performance, especially that without an internal battery.
