Finally Friday and I get to have my favorite BBq.  Beef brisket burnt ends and peppers and onions.  Sandwich and pound.

Last night's supper.
 
Oven roasted baby back ribs with mustard barbecue sauce and a side of baked veggies (summer squash and mushrooms).
 
The price is outrageous but the meat was very tender so it was worth it.

Whole Foods is expensive.  But, sometimes you just go with the flow and pay whatever to get what you want.
 
I'm realizing the $18 I pay for the smoked and sauced ribs I get is a decent deal.
