I don't know.  But once again, great looking breakfast!

I made a quick leftover lunch with ramen noodles and burnt ends.

An egg on top would be perfect.

Last night's supper.

Oven roasted baby back ribs with mustard barbecue sauce and a side of baked veggies (summer squash and mushrooms).

The price is outrageous but the meat was very tender so it was worth it. :)

Shopping at Whole Paycheck can do that to you.  That being said, I still shop there, mainly for beer and some bulk food items.

OMG! I hope you went back for seconds!
I need to get me some of those!
Did you use a shower curtain for your bib?

I cook all my meals, I pretty much cook exclusively for me as I follow a low/moderate carb diet. I make REALLY GOOD casseroles that anyone would enjoy. I like to find recipes on Youtube and try to make low-carb alternatives to them. For the most part it's pretty doable.

With the middle of summer long weekend upon us,the stores are pushing boneless rib eye steaks.
This week I spotted the Fred Flintstone long bone beef ribs at the local store.
I didn't get these on the smoker but the process is the same either in the oven or on the BBQ.

Score across the back membrane and cut down between the bones to separate the ribs.
Rub with a premix of salt, pepper, rosemary(fresh or dry) and olive oil.
Fill a roasting pan with beef broth and a cup of red wine to just below the wire rack.
Cook them off in the uncovered pan at 225-250F until they pull up on the bone.
These were in for 7 hours,do not let the pan go dry,add broth/wine as needed.
Defat the Au Jus,adjust with more broth etc. to your liking and serve with the beef ribs.

My breakfast sandwich was so good this morning that I had to snap a pic
rolleyes.gif

Sauteed onions, colby/jack cheese, slice of garden tomato, broken-yolk fried egg and romaine, on a toasted sourdough English muffin.

^ Inspired by you I got a sandwich for breakfast. It's a vegetable sandwich. I wanted bacon and eggs.

But when I got to work this was on the counter. Donuts! Bacon donuts and much more!
At least I get the bacon and eggs from the bacon donut!

Despite having sworn off donuts, I'm suddenly interested in buying some.

Mmmm... doughnuts.

I don't indulge very often, but when I do, my favorite is a chocolate glaze with coconut flakes on top. And a black coffee/Americano, of course.
