^ I agree. Though I guess I'm also a hypocrite because I'm making the greatest chicken nuggets in the world right now and I probably won't be posting any pictures of that, either. But then, they wouldn't look like much. Just brown nuggets of uber-awesomeness the likes of which the world only sees when either I or the family from whom I got the recipe cooks 'em up.

I'm gonna try to take some pictures today from work. I currently work at a southeast asian fusion restaurant, really great food. E.g. Crispy fried melt-in-mouth pork knuckles with a spicy caramel sauce. http://www.farang.fi/#/&lang=en

And yet I didn't get it off the Internet at all. It hails from Pakistan, or at least the people who came up with it do. The next time I make it I'll document the process here.

Knocked up a big pot of chorizo, chicken and chickpea stew (though it's all done in a large frying pan) last night.
2 onions, sliced
One red bell pepper thinly sliced
couple of cloves of garlic, diced
two chicken breasts sliced
4 large (spicy) chorizo cooking sausage, sliced
tin of chickpeas, drained.

Slowly cook down the onions, pepper and garlic, put aside.
Thinly slice the chicken and chorizo sausage until almost done.
Add the other ingrdients back into the pan and heat through until the chickpeas are done.
Pretty simple and tastes even better the next day.
