Crap I don't think they'd just do that as a custom order over here; I'll have to pay full price for all the other burgers (mayb bring home the bread?). That or I just make something this high at home (and I'd probably have to be that high for the right intensity of the munchies)

Burgers on my mind and my mind on burgers.

I did a low temp cook in the oven, 250, for a longer time.  Moist.

Two provolone pieces.  Good mustard, recommended.

Anyone tried use truffle salt when cooking burger? I did a few last night and it is a big hit, I just sprinkle truffle salt on the burger few minutes before it hit the grill.

I have. Truffle salt is also good on freshly popped corn. I have some truffle oil that I use too.

Clayton's recommended 21 Season Salute is my favorite for a burger.  Thanks C.

You're welcome EP.  I sprinkle 21 Season Salute into almost everything.

Have you ever tried this dukkah? Use Trader Joe's dukkah to make Dukkah-Crusted Chicken Tenders.

Nope, not tried that.  Not a nut fan either.

21 Seasoning Salute is perfect.  No salt needed either.

Try it jc, guaranteed you'll like it or I'll buy it from you.

I haven't tried it either. I'm thinking about trying it tonight. My neighbor bought me a jar of it 6 months ago and I have yet to try it.

I have to open it.
It smells like nuts and herbs. Almonds and licorice--fennel.
