Love your Enzo, Tronz! It makes me happy knowing that a car like that is actually being driven, like it deserves. :)

It seems Mr. Arroyo is winning in terms of miles. Can anyone challenge him?

agreed, it's good to see that its being driven and not living in a garage except for 25mph trips to the country club. Its a driving machine, likes to be treated naughty just as much as it likes to be doted on. (everyone has an ex like that, don't they?)

So, Tronz, how's she drive? (other than the obvious: like a Ferarri)

She drives like a beauty. Taking it on the track and just accelerating at full throttle is just a feeling and experience I can't even explain. The fastest I've ever got it was 197mph. I know it can go faster, but it was due to the limitations of the track; don't want to wreck this thing.

I've added my other autos to come up with about 1.75 million mi. My estimate of mileage with rentals covers about 15 years of factory service so may be more.

I will not be able to come even close! If I add the miles I have driven on my wife's (2 for now  ) and the rental cars I may be able to make it to 850K miles.

This in an era of no ipod, local radio going off air at 6pm, NPR, talk radio and CDs.

1.75 million miles?!

I believe you, but you're going to have to provide more details about your favorite cars, particular favorite drives and so on. I want to know. :D

I realized today that I'm closing in on 250k miles driving manual transmission cars. Got to thinking about my lifetime total miles, which is probably close to 400k miles. I've been licensed since 1988.

So how many miles have you put on the road? Feel free to talk about favorite road trips and cars you loved driving, too.

I was Born in 1988

. So figures are pretty low.

My fav. of those I've owned is the Bmer>Supra>280z. I have a special spot for the Triumph because I had to constantly work on it. It taught me not to be afraid of a job when your broke.

My longest single trips were several trips from San Diego to St. Louis/Chicago while in the Navy. and a good vacation to Yellowstone from St. Louis.
The most mileage was racked up on the Supra and Jeeps for making a living the last 17 years. I would drive from Batesville, IN to Cleveland or Akron and back in a day. We also had parents illnesses that ran us from Batesville to St. Louis on weekends.

My most pleasurable drives were always in the west and Alaska. Driving in Alaska is about as disconnected as you can be. The most beautiful drives would be Hawaii and Costa Rica.

The worst places for driving is northeast coast, FL, Chicago area.

The most fun runs were in the hills of the Ozarks, the run from Palomar observatory to the Salton Lake, any mountain drive. Seattle to Yakima, Seattle to Portland, LA to San Fran., the US southwest.

Most of my mileage has been for my job. I am a hospital gas systems verifier so any work is on site. From 96-06 I put most of my mileage on. I was too cheap to pay for hotel rooms and like home. I've drove from Cleveland to Batesville without stopping for breaks (which caused kidney stones).

My Jeeps are serviced by a local shop, Koch's Auto. They keep me running and I trust them exclusively. The latest Jeep has had a factory rebuilt engine, transmission and rear end. I hope to get 450k on it (another two years) before replacing with another Jeep.

I would probably win the lowest miles per year daily driven. I average 1.5k miles per year with a total of about 20k miles. I've had my license since 1998, but my family and workplace has always been within a 5 minute drive of my home. I bought my current car about 5 years ago with 20k miles on it (less than a year old) and I just passed 30k a week ago. I usually go a month and a half to two months between filling up on gas (16 gallon tank).
