You may not hear from him for days, but don't worry, he will deliver.

im sure he will deliver but hasnt responded to any email, im just sending all these polite emails, never rude or harsh.

hopefully enough people will see all these complaints about headamp that they'll take them out of business. I ran a search and there are many. It is why im selling my pico now. So people should only buy his product if they must, used, because they will get zero customer service if something goes wrong or even if they have a simple question.

Take him out of business for that? You can't expect ONE GUY to have enough time in a day to get back to everyone who contacts him? There are COUNTLESS people trying to get in touch with him

Certainly not!
It may take a while for him to respond, and even deliver. But unlike Xin it does not take several years...

Ok...i figured this one out

- You have not ordered anything from me
- You have listed an item for sale that you are not in possession of right now
- You did inquire about a product on 5/20, and my reply was sent to you on 5/26
- You then send me an email about fixing something (that I assume you bought used instead) on 7/6 and I replied on 7/8.  I have that but have not gotten to it yet.

This sound right so far?

I think this thread is done.

The lesson kids, if you're going to make unfounded accusations and attempt to slander or otherwise damage a manufacturer's or member's reputation without cause you should expect consequences.
