Will an E5 run an HD598?  Yeah sure.
 
Are there amps that will sound better?  Of course.  If a $20 amp was the best possible sounding amp, there would be no market for more expensive amps.
 
(The thing I don't understand is why you bought Monster Beats Studio when you already had HD598's.  The 598's in my opinion are far better headphones.)

I wanted heaphones that are the EXACT opposites of the HD 598, no point in buying two of the same headphones.
 
Also I want something that doesn't require an amp, and can be worn into public.
 
Oddly enough the most hated headphones on this website meets my criteria.

There still far better option, namely the ultrastone pro 900, even though it's not my cup of tea, but i think you would find em on a completely different league comparing to the beats

Hey, Decided to expand my budget a little and got the Ordance Amplifier .22, so may i know what is that, cause i have seriously no idea what it is or how good it is.

I will recommend to try the AMPs like Fiio E11, iBasso T3d, Nuforce Icon Mobile.

Well dammit i just chose the ordance amplfier .22 over the e11
 
The e11 costs 79 SGD while the ordance amplifier costs 189 SGD
 
Coversion rate is 1 USD = 1.2 SGD
 
Nevermind, its still pretty good.

I'm not sure, do you know about a shop called jaben in singapore, cause thats where i bought it.
 
I tried both and i prefer the ordance because of the build, its like metal.
