When you can how fast are you willing to drive generally?

I drive about 85 mph when there isn't any traffic, I'm alone and no cops in plain view, but most of the time under 65 mph due to LA traffic.

I do around 80 mph alot, especially to and from work. On occasion, I'll get into the 90's. I've only done over 100 a handful of times driving, I think when I first got it i took it to 130mph and one more to 110mph. But when I had my bike, I did 140mph all the time. =T I'm glad I sold my bike back then. I might not be here today if I still had it.

Back at home (las vegas) it is very difficult to drive at the posted 75 limit because the average is 80 mph.

Maximum 120-130km/h (in Norway that is).
Sadly I can't say that I have always been so light on the trottle.

190 kmh in my parent's car and 160 kmh with my own (older Opel Astra). The fastest I drove was 250 kmh (the car's eletronic restriction) but that didn't feel too comfortable.

General freeway speed is 120km/h, though on long stretches out in the boonies I'll cruise at 140/150 and on occasion I've been known to get things up to 190 (zero traffic, daytime only).

On highways and especially streets, I try to stick as close to the posted speed limit as possible, 10km/h over tops. Too many people, pets and animals to worry about.

I guess you could say I'm a "responsible speeder". No erratic driving, no stupid BS moves, considerate in heavy traffic, etc.

I just go with the flow of traffic which is generally 20-25 miles over the speed limit. Speed limits do very little to promote safety. They are more so just a way for a town/state to make money.

Driving around in PA is usually around 85+, but at home in Ohio people generally only do up to 75.

Yes, the highway speed around Toronto can be about 140-150 km/h in quieter stretches. That's 40-50 km/h (25-30 mph) over the 100 km/h (62 mph) speed limit. I generally feel safe passing/fast cruising at about 120-130 km/h. I don't like to cruise much over 120 km/h due to wind noise and reduced mileage.

I used to drive as fast as possible on the highways in my younger days, but now I don't want to be hassled with worrying about speeding tickets and the costs that go with them so now I'm at 10k over the posted limit.

That's generally true while I drive to and from work, but those rare occasions that I drive upstate from New York City to somewhere like Binghamton or Buffalo, the distance takes a toll on me and I speed. =T My last drive to Buffalo I averaged around 100mph? Something like that.
