FM transmitter-HLLY Electronics
Seen it on ebay also. There is a thread about a DAC/Amp they sell also but thought I would talk about it here. It sees to look just like a MK IV with different tubes. In fact the specs look like they were copy pasted on the site. The changed a few numbers and even on one of the sales on ebay they clame a little dot warranty.

Whats your take? Is this the deal of the decade or a total rip off?

They're not affiliated with Little Dot, and by David's (Little Dot's) own admission, they're NOT covered under Little Dot's warranty at all. If they're willing to lie about such a thing, to say nothing of the blatant rip-off of design and copy-pasting of specs, do you really want to roll the dice?
