Is somebody managed to find case for Studio (ideally would be with belt clip)  ?

I've considered this. Would be easy enough to cut and fold. I carry mine in something like this for the time being http://www.ebay.com/itm/For-New-Kodak-EasyShare-M893-IS-M863-M763-Camera-Black-Case-/200818324571?pt=UK_Camera_Cases_Bags_Covers&hash=item2ec1b4745b Fits the IEMs as well and is semihard to not push buttons.

I usually keep my Studio-V in my backpack 24/7 (college) in a waterproof (and probably impact proof) Pelican case along with my headphones. It looks something like this > http://www.amazon.com/Pelican-1010-045-110-i1010-Waterproof-Case/dp/B000ALFZOU/ref=sr_1_14?s=photo&ie=UTF8&qid=1349984769&sr=1-14&keywords=pelican+case+micro

Slightly bulky, but it is worth it to protect my investment.

that kind of case , easy to find, i have one as well (travel case that came with IEMs), but want some kind of holster (Blackberry's holster would be best example ). i care less about protection rather than usability when i walk, and putting it to pocket not very appealing, holster would give access to all all buttons. Still looking )

That would be pointless. The memory on the studio V is probably flash. There are no hard drives on there, hence no fragmentation.

I hope you haven't defragged your SSD:s on your computer since that will damage them. Also This player has flash storage  (like most mp3 players these days). Only HDD:s need defragmenting

To be more precise only Windows (FAT/NTFS) HDD need defragmentation !

Actually, flash memory can become fragmented:

I've on multiple occasions, after deleting and-or adding music, used the "Flash memory disks" options in My Defrag v4.3.1 to defragment my 2nd generation Studio V without issue.  I also defragment my SanDisk 64 GB MicroSDXC cards after adding-deleting music and have never had a problem.

I figured it's not a good idea on memory though... If the SD cards are anything like SSD (Solid State Drives) then it is detrimental to it and will damage it. You never defragment a Solid State drive... SSD are made of memory and no moving parts as well so I figured they are quite similar.
