Hifiman SuperMini -- A New DAP
Aug 23, 2016 at 5:28 PM Post #31 of 61
I briefly heard it at CanJam London and it certainly sounded very nice with my JH13 and the new Edition S (is that what the new phone is called, can't remember).

Ok thanks, I have a few more questios :)

When will it be on sale in Germany, i.e. from local HiFi shops / HiFi web shops, without need to import it?
How is the output impedance on SE and BAL output?

We will contact with our Germany dealers soon. Maybe later, it will be on sale in Germany.
The output impedance on BAL is 32Ω
About SE's, we need to check.

Will keep an eye on this and see what people have to say about it when they actually get one in hand and have time to do proper reviews.

Thank you for your support in HIFIMAN.
On the post below, Yugo shares his first impression on supermini.

Yes, you are right. Edition S is suitable for SuperMini.
We also have some pics for CamJam London.

Thank you for your question.

We feel sorry that you need to buy the TF card for Supermini.

Supermini can support 128G at max.

Your webpage says 256GB!  What gives: is it 128 or 256?

Yes, you are right. 256GB is correct.
And I have changed my answer. Thank you for your reminding.

Maybe you can do me a favor in return and answer this question:  How to do I move ALAC, AIFF and WAV files (all burned from my own CDs) from my Mac-based Itunes library to the SuperMini?

Thanks.

Thanks.

You can download these files from itunes to your PC first, and them move these to the TF card.
Thus, after put TF card in supermini, you can enjoy the music.

Frihed.

go to Finder, open Music. There should be a folder iTunes. In that folder you will find a main folder named iTunes Music.. All your files should be in that folder. Just simply open it. and move (copy) all the files you want to anywhere..To a card you can insert into the SuperMini

The name of this dap is a blast from the past. I remember fondly Dr. Xin's SuperMini headphone amp. Coupled with the then fatty iPod Nano that was the ultimate pocket rig about 10 years ago
