Toxic is definitely in the running for sure. The only drawback to them for me is the importing thing, but they sure look nice and people rave about them.

I have kind of settled on either Toxic or MoonAudio Silver Dragon. I have the Black Dragon on my HD650 and I really like it.

No import fees. I read that he lists their value something like under £25 to avoid it.

Heard nothing but good things about the first one, only deal is if you fully snap it on it can crease the he-500 headband if you leave it on for a long time, to avoid this most people snap it on halfway. Looks goofy but supposed to be a big improvement. Second one is also supposed to be comfy but its more of a permanent mod since most people use adhesive/velcro to attach it which can damage the leather on the headband.

some pics of the headband at the bottom of this page http://www.head-fi.org/t/629352/hifiman-he-500-on-a-speaker-amp-emotiva-mini-x-a-100-project/60
