Does anybody have this combination if so what do you think?
 
I have the MDAC but not the HE400 but plan to get them soon if i can find some in the uk.

This headphone will sound pretty good with about anything. I do not have the Audiolab amp.  I have tried it with:
 
*Audio GD compass
*Fiio e17
*Fiio e10
*Little Dot LD mk1+
 
Sounded great with all them really. I prefer the SS amps with it.
