I think the download links are unique to every e-mail address, so you would have to send an e-mail to Penon Audio to get access to the file.

I just open the link from my android phone and i find the download link.
Perhaps is a problem related on chinese language support on Windows 10: non i'm installing chinese language on my pc and then i will try again...

Sweet... Any idea how to make this update? I've unzipped it down to update.upt and clicked firmware update, and it just says no files found. (On the root of the microsd card)
These are the instructions translated:
1: the "update.upt" copy this file to TF card root directory - in the system settings - click Firmware Upgrade ---- select OK - machine reboot into the upgrade page
Note: The upgrade process does not operate the machine, the upgrade process takes about 1-2 minutes, waiting for the upgrade is complete the system will restart.
Hmmm. Update function seems broke on first version of the firmware too... Glad I'm getting a replacement in.

I tried to update the player but i always receive a message stating that no update file has been found!
I wrote to PenonAudio the following e-mail asking them to check with Hidizs what is wrong with the process:

I tried to apply the new firmware to the player but there seems to be something wrong with the update process.
I copied the provided update.upt file to the root of the microsd but when i select from menu the System Software update command i get a message stating that no update file is found!
There is any way to check with Hidizs what is wrong?
I'm asking because with the provided 0.01 firmware there are several problems:
- after a while using the player the touch buttons and the volume buttons lock and you need to reset the player.
- connecting bluetooth headphones you can't control, as usual, the player from headphones buttons and to Play/Pause/FFwd/Rewind you must use player buttons.
