Thank you. Does it mean, that the Hiby app I was using on Hidizs AP200 running on Android, was never bit-perfect?
My Hidizs AP200 is long dead, the battery killed the player, but Hiby Player was a default music player app. It was advertised as a Hi-Rez player, so now I am just curious to know.

HiByMusic on hardware music players do have provisions for bit perfect output on the device itself.

Tried a quick search so apologies if this is noted somewhere - I just haven't found it as of yet!

All my artwork for tracks/albums etc is fine - I think it's embedded in my files. I was wondering however, in artist view on my Hiby R5 - is there a way to have a different image display there - as in an overall image for that artist? Currently it is bringing up an album art image from albums within etc.

Hopefully what I'm asking is clear lol - apologies if not!

I wish Hiby would add "recently added" to the options in the regular app like it does on the R3Pro. I just got the 2020 R6 and I miss not seeing what was newly added.

how come with my ibasso dx220 player if i use usb otg towards the dac topping d50s and mojo too, i hear noise and pops in the music.

on r3/r3pro, you just hit the little heart to add to favorites playlist. how does it work in android 9 (r6 2020 specifically)? do i need to hit the dots on top and add to playlist, then select favorite? is there no faster way?

So the onedrive feature straight up doesn’t work for me. My cloud drive has around 100GBs of lossless music and when I log in using my account, the app recognizes the files but when I click on them the player doesn’t start

I cannot get rid of it.
I cannot read newly added tracks in their order of import anymore.

I created a first playlist and, I do not if that is linked.

App freeze for a minute when I launch it.
I have about 7000 tracks, mostly on a sdcard. I use a redmi note 8 with 4gb ram.. Is there a way to have smoother performance?
Having an option to not load artwork would help perhaps.

You can change the play mode in the Now Playing screen.

Do note that the "Play all" option is actually labelled "Shuffle all"; to play songs in order simply click a song in the list itself. (If it wasn't set to shuffle before)

I can't use the app anymore on android. It gets very slow, freezes then crash when I open it. I believe some optimization needs to be done. Every other music app that I use- Sony music, vinyl, odyssey- works flawlessly, very snappy, etc.

I love the Hiby music player !!
It is free! It can play sacd Iso's, it supports my external dac. However, I would like to see DLNA support (it seems it has been removed?).

Is there any way that gapless can work on the HibyMusic player? I use it on Cayin N6II and have never got it working. It's a setting that does nothing. Useless.
